Ultra is an 8 meter high artwork, made by Sylvia B. and commissioned by the municipality of Groningen.

Situated close to the city centre, a ten minute walk to the Martini tower and the Grote Markt. This 120 square meter apartment is overlooking the Diepenring towards the A-bridge.

The Regentes, the building, a design by the Frisian-Dutch architect Abe Bonnema (1926-2011), was completed in 2011. The residential tower, which is 55.5 meters high from ground level, has 65 apartments divided over 19 floors.
