Brief

Taking the time to get to know you and to learn about how you wish to use the property, your personal style, lifestyle and your expectations. We will build a picture of the project through a site visit, existing floor plans and photographs ensuring we understand all factors including time scale and budget. Following this we will send you a proposal outlining the scope of work as we understand it and our associated design fee.

Concept

We will present the concept designs, consisting of the overall idea honoring your heirlooms and other meaningful possessions. Floor plans, new layouts, finishes and mood boards with suggested furniture and accessories. This is a very collaborative stage and we invite you to give as much feedback as possible to ensure we are on the right track.

Detail

Having approved the concept we move onto the development and detailed design stage. The final interior drawings will be presented, along with all the final finishes, art and accessories. At this stage we will also present a fully itemised breakdown of costs in line with the agreed budget. 

Realisation

This is where it gets real. Depending on the approved detail, a schedule of works will be outlined and agreed upon. Purchasing the necessary items, collaborating with craftsmen and so forth. We will work with you and keep you updated throughout.
